Angel Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk, divided use
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend in butter and slowly add 2/3 cup of the milk to which vanilla has been added.
Beat for 3 minutes and add remaining milk and eggs.
Beat for an additional 3 minutes.
Fill 12 greased and floured 3-inch cupcake tins 1/2 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Yields 12 cupcakes.
