Sorenson'S Cheese And Beer Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) beer
    1 sliced garlic clove
    1/2 lb. each grated Cheddar and Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    ground pepper to taste
    French bread cubes
Preparation
    Heat beer slowly with garlic.
    Toss cheese with flour and pepper.
    When beer is hot, add a little cheese at a time until melted, stirring as cheese is added.
    Cut French bread into cubes with crust on all pieces.
    Dip cubes into cheese.
