Chicken Penne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
2 pinches cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp. water
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 lb. penne pasta
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well.
Marinate the chicken breasts 1 to 2 hours.
Broil chicken breasts until cooked through, then cut into pieces. Combine with marinade.
Heat and toss with cooked pasta.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
