English Pea Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can English peas
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 count) can biscuits, cut into fourths
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine peas, milk and butter.
    Heat to almost boiling.
    Drop dumplings gently into mixture.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Reduce to medium-low heat and cook for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
