24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce
    low-fat mayonnaise
    green pepper
    grated cheese (low-fat)
    onion (optional)
    chopped bacon (optional)
    frozen peas (still frozen)
Preparation
    Chop the veggies small and layer in order in a cake pan. Cover with 1/4 to 1/2-inch of mayonnaise. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Refrigerate 24 hours.
