Chocolate Pie 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
3 sq. Baker's chocolate
3/4 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 baked pie crust
Preparation

In a double boiler, add beaten egg yolks, sugar, flour, salt and milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens (about 10 minutes). Then add chocolate and butter and cook two minutes longer.
Pour into baked pie crust shell.
