Barbecue Beef And Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    1 tsp. Wyler's beef-flavored instant bouillon
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. thinly chopped cooked roast beef
    4 buns, split
    4 slices American cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion and garlic in margarine.
    Add ketchup, sugar, ReaLemon, Wyler's bouillon and mustard; simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add beef; heat through.
    Spoon on buns.
    Top with cheese slice.
