Diet Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated carrots
2 c. grated zucchini
6 oz. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
8 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk (powdered)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Spray muffin pans with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until browning.
Makes approximately 18 muffins.
