Scallopine Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Bone chicken breasts and pound thin.
    In a bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip cutlets in mixture and press firmly to coat. Shake off excess; chill.
