Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 small carton sour cream
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 can water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Soften cream
    and
    butter.
    Mix with other ingredients. Bake at 450\u00b0
    for 40 minutes.
    Bacon bits make a great topping for this casserole.
