A.J.'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
4 Tbsp lemon juice
butter
3 egg yolks
Preparation

Combine 3 tablespoons corn starch with 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar.
Add 4 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon butter and three egg yolks.
Beat well.
Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water very slowly. Cook until thick.
Cool.
