Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together gently and pour in the pie shell.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
