Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. salmon, drained and flaked
4 oz. medium noodles
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
bread crumbs
Preparation

Prepare noodles; drain.
Cook onions gently in margarine. Stir in flour, salt and garlic powder.
Add milk.
Cook, stirring, until thick.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cottage cheese. Fold in salmon and noodles.
Put in 2-quart casserole.
Mix 2 tablespoons margarine, melted, with bread crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
