Salsa Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chillies, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation
    Microwave cheese and salsa or tomatoes and green chillies in 1 1/2-quart bowl on High 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Stir after 3 minutes.
    Stir in cilantro.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red or yellow pepper wedges.
    Makes 3 cups.
