Egg And Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread 1 cup potato chips in a 1-quart greased casserole dish; add eggs.
    Blend soup, milk and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour over eggs; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
    Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings.
