Crispy Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium or large pumpkin
    big pan of boiling salt water (about 2 tsp. salt)
Preparation
    Go to a pumpkin patch and pick out a good fresh pumpkin.
    Do not pick a rotten one!
    Cut off the top with the stem.
    Scoop out all the inside stuff and put it into a big bowl.
    Pick out all the seeds and rinse them off.
    Boil the seeds for 15 minutes in salt water.
    Strain.
    Spread the seeds onto a salted cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn the seeds and bake until crispy (10 to 20 minutes).
    Make a Happy Jack-O-Lantern out of the pumpkin and enjoy eating the crunchy, delicious seeds.
