No Fat Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 c. frozen non-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 tsp. rum extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a blender. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg. Serves 3.
