Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust, slightly baked
    6 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
    1 pkg. spinach
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 green onions
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    salt, pepper and red pepper
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle the bacon in the slightly baked pie crust, then add the spinach, mushrooms, onions and both cheeses.
    Mix the half and half, cream cheese, salt, pepper, red pepper, eggs and flour.
    Pour over all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
