Grandma'S Orange Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated rind of 1 orange
    vanilla wafer pie shell
    3 egg white meringue
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add fruit juices and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add slowly to egg yolks.
    Return to oven and cook 2 minutes more.
    Add butter and orange rind. Cool.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
    Brown in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Makes one 8-inch pie.
