Bran Muffins That Keep 6 Weeks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. All Bran cereal
    1 c. white raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix the All Bran cereal, white raisins and boiling water together; set aside.
    Mix the remaining ingredients.
    Mix the 2 mixtures together.
    Refrigerate 24 hours before baking.
    Batter keeps in the refrigerator 6 weeks.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
