Scampi Guadalajara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened at room temperature
    white part of 2 green onions, finely chopped
    2 crushed cloves garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 raw, deveined jumbo shrimp (tails left on)
Preparation
    Beat together butter, onions, garlic, A.1. sauce, lemon, salt and pepper.
    Melt over low heat; stir and keep warm.
    Do not let brown.
    Split shrimp lengthwise, be careful not to cut clear through, and spread open.
    Place shrimp, split sides up, in oiled baking dish and broil 4 inches from high flame for 5 minutes. Pour hot butter sauce over shrimp and serve at once.
    Serves 2.
