Stuffed Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 large can tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion in skillet, seasoning to taste.
    Add beaten egg and rice.
    In roasting pan, put a layer of cabbage using half of the cabbage.
    Put layer of meat and onion using all of this.
    Put layer of cabbage using rest of cabbage.
    Pour tomato juice over top of cabbage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cabbage is done, about 2 hours.
