Favorite Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) large can pineapple chunks (in its own juice)
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 (3 to 4 oz.) small box instant lemon pudding
    assorted fresh fruit, cut up (apples, oranges, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, etc., whatever you like)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice.
    Mix with lemon juice.
    Sprinkle dry pudding mix over liquid and stir until well mixed (it begins to thicken).
    Add the pineapple and other fruit and stir well.
    Must be refrigerated for a while.
    Stir before serving.
    Can easily double or triple depending on number of servings you want and amount of fruit you are using.
