Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bread, trimmed
    2 lb. pork sausage
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    6 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of 3-quart oblong casserole.
    Use enough bread to cover the bottom.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Mix sausage and mustard.
    Spread over bread.
    Cover with cheese slices.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Cook from room temperature in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until puffed like a souffle and set. Yields 6 servings.
