Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 lb. chicken or beef
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
Preparation
    Mix garlic, cumin, chili powder, crushed red pepper, vegetable oil and lemon juice together.
    Marinate chicken or beef in mixture for at least 1 hour.
    Cut meat into strips.
    Stir-fry meat.
    Chop vegetables.
    Remove meat.
    Stir-fry vegetables with any remaining marinade.
    Serve in flour tortilla or over rice.
