Noodles A La Russe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    6 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat and garlic in a skillet.
    Drain fat and season with salt and pepper.
    Mix together melted margarine, sour cream, cheese and pimento.
    Add meat and sour cream mixture to noodles.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
