Banana Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 firm bananas
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. cream (evaporated milk)
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cream the butter, egg and milk together. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened.
    Peel bananas. Cut in 1 1/2-inch lengths.
    Dip into batter, spreading batter evenly over bananas. Fry in hot deep fat at 370\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve with honey.
