Neighborhood Quick Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
1 c. shortening (Mazola oil)
1 c. water
4 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs

Preparation

In mixer sifted flour and sugar together.
Bring water, cocoa and butter to boil.
Pour over flour and sugar and mix.
Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
