Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup or cooking molasses
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or 4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Add in order given; stir well and fill 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat quickly to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for about 1 hour.
    I do not like under baked pies. This pumpkin pie should look done, and crust well browned.
