Cashew Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw cashews
    1 large onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. Vegex or Savorex
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. vegeburger
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. Bakon yeast
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Grind cashews, dice onion and saute in margarine; melt Vegex into onion and margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
