Sausage And Mash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large-size Jimmy Dean sausage
    3 medium potatoes, grated
    1 onion, grated
Preparation
    Slowly fry sausage to remove most of the fat to enable the meat to crumble easily.
    Let stand until cold.
    To the meat, add raw grated potatoes and onion; mix well.
    Put into 8-inch pastry shell and cover with pastry.
    Neaten the edges with beaten egg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    This amount will fill two (8-inch) pies.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
