Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ribs, cut in small pieces
1 onion
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown ribs in bacon drippings.
Combine all other ingredients; cook slowly until flavors are well blended, about 15 minutes. Pour sauce over browned ribs.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 1 1/2 hours.
