Preacher'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. roast meat
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    3 onions, peeled and quartered
    4 to 5 carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Flour, season and sear meat in large skillet.
    Place in a greased deep dish pan that has a lid.
    Cover meat with all the vegetables.
    Mix in a large bowl, the 2 cans of soup, the bouillon water, and dry soup mix and pour over meat and vegetables.
    Place lid on pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is fully cooked, about 3 to 4 hours.
