Italian Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, onion, margarine and all spices for about 10 minutes or less, then combine two beaten eggs and 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese with zucchini.
    Put in 10-inch ungreased dish or pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 10 to 20 minutes.
