Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5-6 med. potatoes
    3-4 carrots
    1 med. onion
    1/2 c. butter
    Salt
    Pepper
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into 1/8-inch slices (with or without peel). Cut carrots up into small pieces and cut up onions.
    Salt and pepper as desired and cut up butter into pats.
    Arrange on top of vegetables in a covered casserole.
    Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
    Stir and turn casserole.
    Continue to bake at 5 minute intervals, turning each time.
    Takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Very good.
