Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine butter and cracker crumbs.
Spoon half the crumbs into a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Top with chicken.
