Strawberry Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/2 c. pineapple, drained
    2 bananas
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Fold in all at once the strawberries with juice, pineapple, bananas and pecans.
    Put 1/2 of mixture in jello ring mold.
    Chill until firm (at least 1 1/2 hours).
    Leave remaining mix at room temperature.
    Spread sour cream on chilled half; cover with remaining jello mix.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
