Crispy Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in shortening until mixture looks like corn meal.
Add all milk and mix to smooth dough.
Turn out on lightly floured board.
Knead lightly.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with 2-inch cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
