Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    lettuce
    onion
    Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sugar
    bacon
Preparation
    Break up lettuce and layer in bowl (I usually use the better part of two heads if they aren't too large).
    Break up half a head of cauliflower or so and layer over lettuce.
    Layer 1 medium size onion (chopped) or less according to taste.
    Layer 1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled).
    Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and spread over top (do not mix).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss well.
