Pasticcio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    3/4 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
    While macaroni is cooking, cook and stir hamburger and onion until beef is brown. Drain fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce and salt.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until liquid is almost absorbed, about 8 minutes.
    Spread half of macaroni in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with hamburger mixture.
    Mix 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and the nutmeg; sprinkle over beef mixture. Cover with remaining macaroni.
