Out Of This World Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 baked 9-inch pie shells
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 large diced banana
Cool Whip

Preparation

In saucepan, mix together pie filling, crushed pineapple, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until thickened over medium heat.
Add jello and let cool.
Add chopped pecans and diced banana.
Pour into pie shells.
Chill and garnish with Cool Whip if desired.
