Baked Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese tortellini
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 c. chopped basil leaves (or 1/4 c. pesto)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (omit if using pesto)
    1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Swiss
    1 c. grated Fontina or Provolone
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook tortellini in water or chicken broth, al dente. Meanwhile, melt butter and make roux by adding flour and stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
    Add milk and stock, stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
    Add basil and garlic (or pesto), nutmeg and pepper.
