Cheddar-Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
dash of pepper
3 c. stiff, seasoned mashed potatoes
Preparation

In 1 1/2-quart dish, combine soup, sour cream, onion and pepper.
Stir in potatoes until blended.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced green onion, if desired.
