Cauliflower And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower (separated into flowerets)
    6 medium carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower and carrots in water with salt; drain.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over cooked cauliflower and carrots.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Blend butter and crackers.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
