Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can dried onion rings
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small can condensed milk
    1 small pkg. diced Cheddar cheese
    3/4 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a casserole.
    Reserve some onion rings and cheese for topping.
    Put remainder of ingredients in casserole. Put onion rings and cheese on top and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Remove cover the last 15 minutes to brown.
