Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large tomatoes
    4 fresh green chilies
    1 small onion
    3 or more fresh jalapeos
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Core tomatoes and drop in boiling water until the skins crack. Transfer to a bowl of cold water and slip off skins. Chop the chilies, onions, jalapeos, tomatoes and cilantro coarsely. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve at room temperature.
