14 Karat Cake(Carrot Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained and juice saved (use 1/2 for recipe)
Preparation
    Sift
    together dry ingredients.
    Add oil, eggs and mix. Then add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Put into greased layer pan or loaf
    pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done. Takes longer in a loaf pan.
