Venison Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. venison
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 large onion
flour
pepper and salt
Preparation

Chop pepper and onions.
Flour meat and fry all together until meat is brown.
After meat is browned, add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce.
If too thick, add a couple cups of water.
Cook and stir for approximately 30 minutes.
Finally, add pepper and salt to taste.
