Mommy'S Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. chopped cabbage
    1/2 gal. ripe tomatoes
    qt. vinegar
    qt. sugar
    1 hot pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. turmeric powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook until done.
    Put in jars and seal.
