Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    3/4 c. Bisquick mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 small can evaporated milk
    3/4 can water
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray an iron skillet with Pam and add 1 tablespoon oil.
    Place skillet in oven while mixing ingredients. Combine corn bread mix, Bisquick mix, salt, egg, evaporated milk, water and 3 tablespoons oil.
    Pour into skillet and bake until browned, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
